From The EditorDear Readers and Colleagues, It is great pleasure to present the new issue of the Journal of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management. In every issue, we are receiving very good numbers of papers from researchers in the field of innovation, entrepreneurship and other related subjects. We are thankful for those who supporting us either by sending papers or reviewing the papers. Without those support it would not be possible to bring the Journal to this level.
In this new issue, we have a very well addressed four research papers from different topics of the entrepreneurship and technoparks, globalization and entrepreneurship, logistics, and innovation project management. We hope this issue will also provide useful information both researchers, professionals as well as it will also provide useful information for policy makers.
Finally, I like to remind you that you can access all our past and current issues with no charge. I strongly recommend you to read our publications and I believe this will be helpful for your current research and professional business. A Time and Cost-Based Integrated Planning Approach for Project Management and An ApplicationPurpose: In this work, with a special attention to an automotive supplier company which manufactures assembly lines on turn-key contracts, we aimed to identify the reasons of deviations from the proposed project delivery dates and estimated project budget and also minimize these deviations. Additionally, we developed a management tool that simultaneously considers activity times and costs in project management.
Methodology: We applied several industrial engineering techniques when solving the general problem and developing the software tool to be utilized by the company in its project management process.
Findings: We identified that the company strongly required a software tool that would help them simultaneously managing several projects by considering priorities, resource limitations, and budget expectations.
Practical Implications: In this work, we developed a project management tool for an automotive supplier company which manufactures assembly lines. The utilization of the software tool helped the company reduce the deviations observed during the project phases, standardize its project scheduling and budget planning processes and significantly shorten its proposal preparation process.
Originality: The project management software tool, which is the outcome of this work, includes both a database that collects several related data scattered around earlier and an algorithm that can be used in time and resource planning phases of project management. The most significant difference of this project management tool with respect to its alternatives is its simultaneous consideration of the activity durations, their precedence relationships, and workloads of the required resources.
Keywords: Resource-constrained project management, PERT, project proposal preparation process.

Technology Analysis and Selection for Logistics 4.0Purpose: This study aims to give information about technologies that exist within logistics 4.0 concept, to list firms' expectations and to provide an effective methodogy for technology analysis.
Methodology: Firms' expectations are graded by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process (AHP) method, existing technologies are selected by fuzzy effect matrix method.
Findings: The proposed method is applied to logistics company. Big data and internet of things have great effect on expectations of companies.
Practical Implications: Since firms that adopt logistics 4.0 correctly will survive in competitive environment, it is necessary to systematically analyze existing technologies.
Originality: This is an original study that provides analysis of existing technologies within logistics 4.0 concept in terms of offering a new model and proposing an effective methodology.
Keywords: Digital technologies, Logistics 4.0, Technology analysis, Fuzzy logic.

The Effects of Spatial and Firm-Specific Competencies on Innovation Performance: The Case of Antalya TechnocityPurpose: This study explores the effects of intra-district shared competences and firms’ internal knowledge creation capacity on innovation performance.
Methodology: A questionnaire survey was conducted on the firms located in West Mediterranean Technology Development Zone.
Findings: The results of this study showed that intra-district shared competences have no significant effect on firm-specific knowledge based capacities. Consistent with the previous studies, the findings indicated that an increase in knowledge absorptive capacity of companies leads to better innovation performance. Furthermore, absorptive capacity of an organization needs to be supported by its internal knowledge creation capacity.
Practical Implications: This paper provides perspectives on how information flows within the cluster affect internal knowledge creation and hence innovation performance of the firms located in a given industrial district and how these effects differ according to the firm-specific knowledge based capacities.
Originality: This study extends to the literature on knowledge-based antecedents of innovation performance.

The Effect of Cultural Change on Entrepreneurship Performance The aim of the study is to investigate the relationship between entrepreneurship and cultural change, which is seen as a key concept for the development of national economies. With a macro perspective, the relationship between cultural change and entrepreneurship has been analyzed by generating data sets for 10 countries. The data were obtained for the 1999-2014 period and analyzed by unbalanced panel data analysis. As a result of the panel solved with the fixed effects model, a significant relationship was found between cultural change and entrepreneurship performance. In addition, in the analysis conducted for the 7 dimensions of culture, there is a significant relationship between dimensions and entrepreneurship. While the dimensions of trust, ethics, and competition affinity affect the entrepreneurship tendency positively; It was concluded that control, saving and obedience diminishes the entrepreneurial tendency.
